Below is an easy point-and-click process to change, update or to include your photo on your pens.

Follow these 5 easy steps to place your order:

  1. Call 1-800-854-1000.
  2. Receive an order confirmation number from the representative taking your order.
  3. Enter the information requested below, including your confirmation number.
  4. Attach your new photo image.
  5. If you need help in attaching your photo, please e-mail us at yourlogo@pens.com or give us a call at 1-866-632-2322.

We prefer 300 dpi RGB bmp, jpg, tif or eps files generated by
Illustrator (8.0 or earlier), PhotoShop (5.0 or earlier),
QUARKXFILES (4.0 or earlier), Corel Draw (9.0 or earlier),
Photodraw 2000, or Freehand (10.0 or earlier). Mac OR PC.

We apologize, we cannot accept:

  • Resolutions lower than 300 dpi
  • GIFs
  • Faxed or photocopied art
  • Indexed color
